Effortless Freestyle
One Day Level 1 Workshop at Wildorado, Berlin/Brandenburg

We are returning to Wildorado to again host a Level 1 Total Immersion Swimming Workshop. The venue is located in Wildau, Brandenburg not far from BER Airport.
The fun and friendly workshop is suitable for a wide range of people who can already swim 25 meters or more and are comfortable in deep water and wearing goggles, including:
- Self-taught swimmers who are looking for expert, individualised assessment.
- Triathletes looking to improve their stroke, use less energy, and improve their swim times.
- Open water swimmers
Comprising one two-hour pool session in a small group with personalised feedback and classroom presentations the workshop focuses on mastering the freestyle stroke through three fundamentals:
- Balance & Stability: Become 'weightless' by learning to work with gravity instead of fighting it and calm your kick.
- Streamlining: Learn to have a longer, better aligned body shape, and move smoothly through the water. Streamlined swimming means that you travel farther with each easy stroke.
- Whole Body Propulsion: Maximise power through rhythmic, relaxed weight shifts initiated in the core.
Included as part of the workshop is a personal video analysis of your swimming by Total Immersion Workshop Director James Harding, which you will receive after the workshop via a download link. The analysis will cover positives, things to work on, and suggestions for next steps.

Booking pre-conditions: swimmers participating in the workshops must be able to swim at least 25m freestyle/front crawl stroke and be comfortable in 2m deep water, wearing goggles (Schwimmbrille) and with their face and hair fully in the water.
Cancellations before the workshop date will incur a fee of 50% of the ticket price due to fixed costs (venue hire etc.)

Two Day Level 1 and Technique Refresher at Kugelfisch Schwimmschule, Potsdam - Sold Out / Ausverkauft
Saturday 15 August 2026: 15:00–19:00 and Sunday 16 August 2026: 15:30-19:30
We are now offering a small group workshop (max 5 participants) in a comfortable, private pool in Potsdam (30-45 mins from Berlin).
This two day workshop is designed to cover the fundamentals of the Total Immersion freestyle / front crawl technique and offer a more tailored experience with focused instruction from two qualified coaches.
We welcome both complete newcomers to Total Immersion swimming and those who have already taken a workshop or had one-to-one coaching before. This small-group workshop is ideal for swimmers who want to fine-tune their technique, with detailed, individual attention from coaches and video analysis.
The workshop will comprise a mixture of presentations, 2 x two hour pool sessions, video analysis and extensive feedback from coaches.
